Awards Ceremony immediately following the marathon and half marathon.

If you are a Team Winner, Marathon Bahamas encourages you to stay for the awards ceremonies.

The Awards Ceremony for the team winners and Award Collection will take place at the Finish Line Party. If someone, from the team, is not present to collect the team’s award and you want us to send you the award by mail, please download the Awards Redemption Form and mail it in with the appropriate fee for shipping and handling.

*Awards will only be available within 2 months after the event.

RANDOM PRIZES
During the Awards Ceremony, random prizes will be awarded. Every participant is eligible to win. You must be present.

RACE CERTIFICATE
Your personalized Relay Marathon certificate will be available immediately after the event. By printing yours, you can celebrate your achievement as soon as possible.

MISCELLANEOUS
To prepare you for the upcoming race, here are a few pointers:

– Packet Pick up:
Team Captain must pick up the team’s packet; a runner of a relay team, will not be allowed to pick up their packet separately. Team captains must bring photo ID, to the PACKET PICK UP, to pick up your team packets on January 13, 2024 from 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm. Volunteers will also be there to answer any questions you might have.

-Baton: Each team will be assigned a BATON which will host the timing chip. Batons must be returned at the finish line.

-Transition Locations: There will be signage as you approach each transition point. Make sure you cross the timing mats. Be sure to step off of the course to this area immediately when your team member starts the run. Make sure you have reliable transportation to each transition exchange.

-Medals: Each runner will receive their medal at the transition area upon completion of their leg of the relay. Runner #4 will receive a medal at the finish line upon completion.

-Awards: Winners for each division will be posted following the race. The winners will pick up the award at the awards ceremony after the marathon and half marathon results are announced.
