The race is a 3.1 mile run/walk starting at Montagu Beach and finishing east of the ‘old’ Paradise Island bridge adjacent to the Police Station.

There will be two water stops on the route with enthusiastic and encouraging cheerleaders.

In order to avoid traffic delays and possibly missing the starting bell, which will be promptly at 7:00 a.m., plan on arriving at the start site area no later than 6:15 am. Parking is available at Montagu, office buildings parking in the area (TBA) and at Harbour Bay. Limited parking is available on Paradise Island and is available until 6:30 am. Car pooling is encouraged. 

Diverted traffic will be controlled by the Royal Bahamas Police Force. Access to these parking areas will be via the showing of your registered BIB.

Therefore, you are encouraged to collect your BIB from Tuesday January 15, beginning at Noon- 4:00 pm at Sunshine House, East Shirley Street. Regular pickup hours 10:00 am – 4:00 pm Wednesday, January 14, and until Noon on Friday, January 18.

This is a great event for the entire family.
